This website has no forms or user registration and does not collect personal data directly. The only data processed is:

• The data you provide if you email or phone us, solely in order to reply to you.
• Technical connection data (such as the IP address) logged by the server for security and operational reasons.

Appointments are managed by Clínica Rotger (Quirónsalud Group), which processes patient data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available on its website.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. Data is kept only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and to meet legal obligations.

Recipients

No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Web hosting is provided by IONOS, which acts as data processor with servers in the European Union.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to vascular.rtg@quironsalud.es. If you believe they have not been properly addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

3. Cookie policy

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website does not use advertising cookies. It only uses analytics cookies if you give your consent in the cookie banner.

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): if you accept them, Google Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated statistical data on how the website is used (pages visited, source of the visit, device) to improve its content. They are provided by Google Ireland Ltd., which processes data in accordance with its privacy policy. If you do not accept them, they are not loaded.
• Technical cookies: those essential for the website and the administration area to work. They do not require consent.
• Video preference: if you choose to always show YouTube videos, a first-party cookie is stored to remember this.
• YouTube videos: embedded videos are not loaded until you click on them. When you do, the video plays from YouTube (Google) in its privacy-enhanced mode, and Google may process your data in accordance with its privacy policy. Video thumbnails are displayed from YouTube’s servers.
• Instagram posts: the home page shows my latest Instagram posts. The images are stored and served from this website, without loading Instagram code or setting its cookies; only when you click a post does Instagram (Meta) open, which processes your data in accordance with its privacy policy.
